You can easily evaluate approximate amount of visitors (traffic) you can get.
Data about volume are based on statistic of the current day.
In case you don’t receive sufficient amount of visitors:
Turn off all not necessary targetings (like limits, schedule etc.);
Buy the same visitor more than once a day, sometimes it works as good as retargeting. The visitor might have missed your ad at the first time, but noticed it at the second;
Increase “Max price”. Our network uses second price auction principle, which means that you can set as big bid as you want, and we charge you with sufficient amount for winning in the auction. For example, if your bid is $1 up to $50, and your competitor’s price is $1.5, you’ll buy visitors for $1,55. If there are no competitors for this visitors, you’ll only pay $1;
